Sleep problems rarely announce themselves clearly

Most people adapt to poor sleep without realising how much it costs them. If any of these sound like you, a two-minute screening could be worth your time.

Daytime exhaustion

You're tired all day despite going to bed at a reasonable hour. Caffeine gets you through, but it shouldn't have to.

Snoring or breathing pauses

Your partner says you snore heavily, gasp, or stop breathing in your sleep. You might not even know it's happening.

Can't fall or stay asleep

You lie awake for hours, or wake repeatedly through the night. The clock becomes the enemy.

Restless legs at night

An ache, a crawling sensation, an irresistible urge to move your legs, right when you need to be still.

Worried about someone else

Their breathing worries you. Their tiredness worries you. Their mood has changed. You want to do something, but you're not sure what.

Relying on sleep aids

Over-the-counter tablets, antihistamines, herbal remedies. None of them are fixing the problem, and some may be making it worse.

Poor sleep is not a lifestyle problem. It's a health risk.

The consequences of untreated sleep disorders are well established in medical literature, yet most people are never screened.

Four steps. Two minutes. No strings.

Walk into a participating pharmacy, complete the screening on a tablet device, and have a conversation with a pharmacist trained in sleep health.

01

Answer a few questions

On a tablet device at the pharmacy. Simple language, no medical jargon. It takes about two minutes.

02

Show the pharmacist your code

The screen displays a short reference code. That's all you share. No forms, no paperwork, no personal details.

03

Have a private conversation

The pharmacist explains what the screening suggests and talks through your options. Partners are welcome.

04

Decide what's right for you

A sleep test, a GP referral, or practical changes you can try tonight. No pressure. Your choice entirely.

Private by design, not by accident

Many people avoid seeking help for sleep problems through embarrassment, anxiety, or not wanting concerns on record. SleepNav was built to remove that barrier entirely.

Nothing that identifies you

No name, email, date of birth, or anything that identifies you. No account, no login, no registration.

De-identified before it leaves

The screening runs on the tablet. Your answers and your reference code are held on the device and sent to our server as de-identified clinical data, tagged to the pharmacy and the device, never to you. No name, no date of birth, no NHS number, no contact detail: the system never asks, so it has nothing to send.

Architecturally private

No part of the system, from screening through to consultation, requires your identity. This isn't a policy bolt-on; the system never asks for the things that would identify you, so it has nothing to collect.

Data protection complaints

If you believe your personal data has been handled in a way that does not comply with data protection law, you have the right to complain directly to Snorer.com Ltd at contact@snorer.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and investigate without undue delay. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate your complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk

Built on evidence, not venture capital

SleepNav is a Class I medical device developed by Snorer.com Ltd, informed by 30 years of sleep industry experience and active PhD research.

SleepNav exists for a specific reason: the gap between people struggling with sleep and the help that's available to them is too wide, too slow, and too often filled by products that don't work.

The screening is developed from published clinical protocols, adapted for use in community pharmacy: the British Society of Dental Sleep Medicine pre-treatment screening protocol (Stradling and Dookun, British Dental Journal 2009) for obstructive sleep apnoea risk, and the primary care chronic insomnia algorithm of Selsick and colleagues (BMC Primary Care 2024). Clinical logic is aligned to NICE guidance.

This is not a wellness app. It's a clinically grounded screening tool designed to sit inside a real healthcare consultation, delivered by a qualified professional who can act on the results.
